It is a condition of use of the 307.com website and 307.com service that property owners and property buyers (or potential property buyers or other interested parties or users) agree to these terms and conditions.
307.com is a property listing service in which the seller lists a property for sale and buyers find properties for sale.
An owner is a property owner or person with permission from the owner to undertake to use the services of 307.com.
A buyer is a person or persons with an interest in viewing a property with the purpose of buying.
A fee of 307€ is charged for the listing service to the owner. There is no charge from 307.com for services to the buyer.
For 307€ we will:
Photograph the owners property in still format (or 3D format if the additional cost is accepted by the owner).
Publish property photographs on 307.com for full and unrestricted access on the internet (world wide web).
Affix and display a property for sale board.
Receive and forward buyer viewing enquiries directly to the seller.
It is a condition of the owner paying the 307€ listing fee that the owner agrees to accept these terms and conditions.
The listing charge is payable in advance and 307.com does not offer refunds in the event a property remains unsold.
307.com takes no responsibility for any loss or damages incurred by the owner or the buyer as a result of the introduction of a buyer to an owner, or as a result of a viewing via 307.com. 307.com has no responsibility for, and no involvement in the communications and any aspect of any sale or purchase negotiation between the Owner and Buyer.
We are not property agents and as 307.com we do not supply property agent services though at the buyer or sellers request we may introduce 3rd parties for the purposes of supplying services outside those offered by 307.com.
Following an introduction to a 3rd party by 307.com, it is the responsibility of the seller or buyer to satisfy themselves that the 3rd party is capable of offering the services required and the buyer or seller contracts directly with the 3rd party.
You the seller are responsible for all communications with the buyer and for ensuring the buyer is made aware of any changes or developments during the sales process.
As a property owner, you accept that 307.com will forward personal information from a buyer for the purposes of arranging a property viewing. 307.com does not take any responsibility for the accuracy of this information. 307.com takes no responsibility for any loss or damages incurred as a result of this introduction.
The property information listed on 307.com has been supplied by a property owner and we take no responsibility for its accuracy.
The owner agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless, 307.com and Walsh Property Investments sl, and any of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought or occasioned by third parties alleging, arising out of, or in connection with (a) any content or material the Owner submits or provides for inclusion on the Site; (b) any use by the Owner of the Site; (c) any breach of these T&Cs on the part of the Owner; and (d) the Buyers visit to the Owners property and any subsequent purchase negotiations or transactions that arise a result of the visit; and (e) the use of 307.com additional Marketing Services
